Vision Sensor - 2D Code Reading
 An Omron ZFX Vision System was used along with a low angle ring light to achieve a good contrast of the product code on a white ceramic product.
The ZFX could reliably read the code with the implementation of internal filtering and BGS setting.
The product code may also be checked with the V400 handheld scanner. This uses an inbulit lighting system to automatically select the best light level and direction. |
