More Control have specialist knowledge of Omron's Legacy products such as S6, C20, C120, C1000 and CV PLCs and when customers require a modification or equipment needs replacing we provide the solution.

Many machines in service today are mechanically sound but the control components are at the end of there life. This is frequently a problem as the control system components are often obsolete and spares extremely hard to find. This was the case when More Control started to work with DT King to provide a replacement service for the control components used in their filling machines. The Omron S6 PLC has functioned well over the last 20 years but many machines have now started to fail.

Following the initial development of the replacement kits a typical machine can now be upgraded and commissioned in 2 days, this minimises down time preventing costly lost production.
